    If you’re curious about yoga, we welcome you to our studio – a place where people will know your name and teachers will follow your progress with interest and integrity.
     
    We teach alignment based hatha yoga. We offer drop-in classes, private lessons, workshops and retreats. Come and learn about the doors yoga can open in your life.
     
    New students start every week we accommodate them in the on-going classes. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Bring / wear loose comfortable clothes.
