    Ondine’s classes focus on breathing, stretching and really opening up the body, creating flexibility, confidence and body awareness. As a teacher she weaves all her Yoga experiences together, with thoughtful sequencing, alignment cues and communicating the essence of the pose so her students can become truly alive in their practice. Most of all she aims to have you leaving calm, refreshed and centered.
